My Services

My services are provided through a HIPAA-compliant Google Workspace, and I receive payments through a HIPAA-compliant app called Ivy Pay.

Video and Audio-only sessions

I use HIPAA-compliant Google Meet for both video and audio-only sessions. Google Meet sessions do not require a Google account.

Video and audio-only sessions are billed per session, and sessions last 50 minutes each.

Synchronous Chat

I use HIPAA-compliant Google Chat for synchronous chat sessions. Google Chat sessions are currently only available to individuals with a Google account.

You can choose whether or not to save a chat.

Asynchronous Messaging

Asynchronous messaging includes a personal, HIPAA-compliant Google Space and a shared personal, HIPAA-compliant Google Drive folder.

If you’d like to try therapy, but synchronous sessions don’t work for you, I offer asynchronous messaging as a therapy option.

Asynchronous messaging is billed weekly.

Neurodivergence Assessment

I use the CAARS-2 along with other relevant psychological assessments to provide a formal assessment for ADHD. ADHD assessments may also include an assessment for Autism using screeners like the Autism Spectrum Quotient (AQ), Camouflaging Autistic Traits Questionnaire (CAT-Q), and Repetitive Behaviors Questionnaire 3 (RBQ-3). I do not provide Autism testing like the ADOS.

I use assessments to monitor progress, if you believe they would be beneficial. Such assessments could include the Generalized Anxiety Disorder screener (GAD-7) or the Depression Anxiety Stress Scale -10 (DASS-10).

All assessments include a psychological report.

Fees and Billing

All clients, regardless of session or messaging type, are billed via Ivy Pay.

Ivy Pay is a HIPAA-compliant billing app which accepts credit, debit, HSA and FSA cards.

Ivy Pay provides a superbill that clients can use to attempt out-of-network reimbursement from their insurance.

Currently, superbills are not available for asynchronous messaging.

    Session fees are on a sliding scale:

    $50-$125 per session

  • I also assess adults for ADHD using the CAARS-2. This can be useful for adults seeking medication management for their ADHD symptoms.

    The assessment, including relevant assessments for mood, anxiety, and related conditions, with a formal report start at $200.
